Taj Chopped Methi Leaves 300gm
INGREDIENTS : chopped kasuri methi leaves
Recipe: Aloo Methi
Ingredients:1 pack of TAJ frrozen Methi leaves, 4 big potatos, 1tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp coriander powder, 2tsp Ginger, 1tsp Garlic, 2 dry chillies, 1/2tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp asafetida powder, 1tsp oil, salt to taste.
Method: Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, add red chillies, ginger & garlic, lightly fry, add all the spices & stir for a minute. Add the potato cubes, taj frozen methi leaves, mix well & adjust saly to salt. cook covered on low flame for about 15min, or till the potatos are tender & all the water from the methi leaves has evaporated, serve hot.
